How we keep it private
- An unguessable link. Your site’s address is random, never your names.
- Never on Google. No search engine lists it, ever.

- Invited guests only, if you want. Guests get in with the email you invited them with or their personal link.
- Revoke a link anytime. Make a new link and the old one stops working.
- No photo downloads unless you allow them.

Cash funds, without the fees
Create a honeymoon fund, a home fund or anything you like, with a goal and a progress bar. Guests send an Interac e-Transfer from their own bank to your email, add a message, and tell you on the site. Nothing passes through WebNewBee, so there are no fees on your gifts. You confirm each one when it lands, and it goes straight into your thank-you list.
Gifts from any Canadian store
Add anything from the stores you love, big or small: click the + Add to WebNewBee button on a product page and the title, photo and price come with it. Guests tap “I’ll get this” and the gift is marked purchased, so nobody buys the same toaster twice.

Are there fees on cash gifts?
No. Gifts go by Interac e-Transfer from your guests’ bank to yours; WebNewBee never touches the money.
Which stores can we add?
Any online store: Canadian Tire, IKEA, Simons, Indigo, local shops… Paste the link or use the Add to WebNewBee button.
How do we avoid duplicate gifts?
When a guest marks a gift “I’ll get this”, it shows as purchased to everyone else.
Do we need a full wedding website?
Your registry lives on your wedding website, which is free to build: schedule, RSVP and photos come with it.
How long does my site stay online?
A free site stays online until 12 months after your event. An Event Pass keeps it online 12 months from the day you buy it. After that, keep it with the Family plan (CA$6.99/month), or it goes offline: we keep everything 90 days, email you before, then delete it.
What is the Family plan?
CA$6.99 a month keeps all your family’s event sites online with everything in the Event Pass: the shower, the birth announcement, birthdays, graduations, a housewarming. Cancel anytime.
Can I give an Event Pass as a gift?
Yes. Buy one for someone else, add a message and a send date, and they get a code by email. The code never expires, and it’s refundable on request until it’s used.
